Believers Covenant Church
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus. Romans 8:1

It's up to you how far you want to go with God!!!

 Over the past weeks we have learned Grace and Faith go hand in hand.  By Grace God has provided every thing we could possibly need in this life; salvation, healing, healing and power over the enemy.

2 Peter 1:3 According as His divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:

Then we learned it is by Faith that we receive all that God has already given us.

Eph 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: also look at 10th chapter of Romans;

Rom 10:8-10 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

9 That if thou shalt CONFESS with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

This is how your Faith is worked to receive from God; you speak Faith Words or the same Words that God has said. The word CONFESS literally means “to say the same, speak in agreement. So when you agree with what GOD has already said about Jesus and your Salvation, “that Jesus died on the Cross, was buried and rose from the dead and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father having paid the price for our salvation.” When you speak that confession of Faith, Gods Grace will fill you with the new life in Christ, make you alive onto God.

That is how Faith is worked to receive Gods Grace in your Salvation, now you have a whole life ahead of you to live in the Grace of God… HOW DO YOU DO THAT? I’m glad you asked;

Col 2:6 So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in him, 7 rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.

You live this life of Grace the same way you received Jesus into your life, look at Romans 10: 8-10 again. You speak in agreement with what ever God has to say about the thing you need in your life. If God has said it is good, you can receive it from him, remember, He has already given us all things that pertain onto life and Godliness 2 Pet 1:3. If it is in the will of God you can have it.

1 John 5:14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: 15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

I know this sounds too good to be true, but there it is in black and white. The word Gospel means GOOD NEWS and some translations say NEARLY TO GOOD TO BE TRUE NEWS, what an awesome God we have. But then the religious folk will say, “How do you know it is His will”? Read His will, it’s the B.I.B.L.E. Now don’t get weird on me, you may have been brought up to believe that God doesn’t Heal anymore or sometimes He does and sometimes He doesn’t…depending on how He feels I guess. Pertaining to healing, you cannot find one place where Jesus refused to heal anyone that came to Him in Faith.

Acts 10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good , and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.  That's the Jesus I know
and He's the same Jesus today as He was when He walked this earth.

Look in your Bible and find the places where God has done good things for people and you can believe/have faith, He would do the same for you, and do you know why?

Acts 10:34 Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons.

We are all the same in the eyes of God; He only looks at the Blood, what Christ has done on the Cross for us.

Rom 12:3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

We all have the same righteousness/right standing with God. He doesn’t look at one more highly than another so we shouldn’t look at ourselves more highly than we are. As a matter of fact, He doesn’t do anything for you because of your great works; He does these good things because of His Son Jesus. That’s Grace. Now that puts us all at the same level , no one is greater than the other or lesser, we are all in Christ and that’s were the Blessings are.

Faith works by your Confession, Christianity is called “THE GREAT CONFESSION”. God has designed our life in Grace to be directly connected to the words we speak. If we speak words that God has said, in agreement with God, then Faith is released and Blessing is received out of Gods Grace.

 Look at Faith as a conduit extending from you to God. You have done your part, you have released Faith. Now God has a conduit to get His blessing to you, through your Faith.

So we speak Faith filled words and this is how we PLEASE GOD.

Heb 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

God is Love and His Grace is abounding toward us always, He has so much He wants to give, that by our reaching out to receive pleases Him. We have to understand that God doesn’t hold back any good thing from us. He isn’t a stingy God as we are on this earth.

If you don’t think you are worthy of Gods blessing, you will not ask in Faith. If you don’t know the will of God (THE BIBLE), you will not ask in Faith. If you think that God is trying to teach you something through this sickness/need/problem and He’s not, you will not ask in faith.

James 1:6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7 For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. 8 A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

You have to know the promises of God in His Word for you. If you don’t you will be that double minded man/woman wavering between; Is it His will or not. There are hundreds of promises to cover every need you will ever encounter in your life. It is up to you to find them and let them get into your spirit, that’s your job in this walk of Faith. Study to show yourself approved.

2 Tim 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

It’s up to you, how far do you want to go with God. God is a good God and He has no limits for your life.

Be blessed...Larry
